Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated:2026-07-25
This Policy applies to all content generated, edited, exported or stored through Pigletgo PPT. It sets out our content standards, moderation, reporting channel and enforcement actions. It forms part of our Terms of Service and applies to every user.
1. Scope
This Policy covers every content type the Service handles:
- User input (prompts): the topics, requirements, edit instructions and image prompts you submit.
- Uploaded material: reference files such as PDF, Word, Markdown, PPTX and images.
- AI-generated text: outlines, headings, body copy, speaker notes.
- AI-generated images: slide imagery and output from the standalone image studio.
- Exports: .pptx files produced by the Service.
Note: decks generated here are private by default and visible only to you — there is no public content feed. This Policy therefore focuses on constraining generation rather than governing published content.
2. Content standards and the six prohibited categories
The following six categories may not be generated, edited, exported or stored using the Service:
- Pornography / NSFW content.
- Violence / gore.
- Hate speech.
- Child-unsafe content (CSAM), and any content that sexualises minors.
- Deepfakes / impersonation of real people or organisations.
- Content infringing copyright or trademarks.
Zero tolerance — actioned immediately and reported to law enforcement where required:
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM), or any sexual content involving minors.
- Content promoting or facilitating terrorism, extremism or mass violence.
- Technical instructions for weapons of mass destruction.
- Content inciting genocide or ethnic hatred.
- Non-consensual sexual deepfakes targeting real individuals.
Restricted — permitted only with legitimate context, and may trigger human review:
- Historical, journalistic or educational content involving violence: needs a clear educational or documentary context.
- Medical / legal / financial advice: must comply with the rules where you practise, and must not pose as a licensed professional.
- Politically sensitive content: must not contain false statements of fact that could mislead the public.
The following conduct is also prohibited:
- Generating or spreading misinformation or claims already disproven.
- Impersonating real individuals, brands or organisations.
- Passing AI-generated content off as the work of a human professional.
- Bulk-generating spam or deceptive commercial content.
- Using jailbreak prompts to bypass the Service's safety measures.
3. Content moderation
We run a two-layer system: automated pre-checks plus human review. What follows describes what actually runs, without inflating our scale.
3.1 Automated pre-check (real time): every generation request passes our own content-safety check before it reaches an AI model — keyword and pattern detection for the six categories above (covering Chinese and English plus common obfuscations), together with jailbreak-prompt signatures. A match refuses the request, spends no credits, and logs the category and timestamp. The AI model providers also apply their own safety guardrails, which act as a second barrier.
3.2 Post-generation checks: results are sanitised before they are returned (unsafe markup stripped, XML validity enforced) and pass a layout review. Generated content is private by default and never publicly displayed, so there is no pre-publication review for a public audience.
3.3 Human review: blocked requests land in a moderation log, and user-reported content is reviewed by the operator. We are a small team and do not staff a 24/7 desk, but we commit to the response times in Section 6. Moderation records are kept for 12 months as the basis for enforcement and appeal review.
| Level | Situation | Action |
|---|---|---|
| L1 Critical | Child safety, terrorism | Auto-block + human confirmation; immediate permanent ban and reporting as required by law |
| L2 High | Other zero-tolerance categories, repeated serious breaches | Content removal + account suspension |
| L3 Medium | General breaches | Human review, then warning + content removal |
| L4 Low | Minor breaches, unclear context in restricted categories | Warning and request to amend |
4. Reporting
Please report:
- Content or behaviour breaching the content standards above.
- Serious breaches involving child safety or terrorism (mark the subject line "URGENT").
- Content generated here that impersonates you or infringes your rights.
Channel: email danghuong2092c@gmail.com. Where you can, include the account or order involved, a description or screenshot of the content, and the action you would like us to take.
- Confidentiality: the reporter's identity is kept strictly confidential and never disclosed to the reported party.
- Impartiality: every report gets an independent, objective review.
- Anti-abuse: malicious or false reports are recorded and actioned.
5. Enforcement
| Action | What it is | When it applies |
|---|---|---|
| 1. Warning | Written notice asking you to remove or amend | First minor breach |
| 2. Content removal | The offending content and related output is deleted | Confirmed L3–L4 |
| 3. Feature restriction | Reduced quota or restricted model access | Repeated minor breaches or a single L3 |
| 4. Suspension | Account disabled while under review | L2 or cumulative breaches |
| 5. Permanent ban | Access permanently terminated; unused credits are forfeited | L1 or repeated L2 |
| 6. Legal action | Report to law enforcement and cooperate with the investigation | L1 rising to criminal conduct |
We can actually carry these out: account bans, content deletion, credit forfeiture and quota restriction are all implemented in the system.
6. Appeals and response times
If you think an enforcement decision was wrong, email danghuong2092c@gmail.com within 30 days of the notice, explaining why and attaching anything relevant. We will come back with a review outcome within 10 business days. If your content was blocked in error we will restore access and return any credits wrongly deducted.
| Type | First response | Resolution |
|---|---|---|
| L1 Critical | Within 2 hours | Within 24 hours |
| L2 High | Within 24 hours | Within 3 business days |
| L3 Medium | Within 3 business days | Within 7 business days |
| L4 Low | Within 5 business days | Within 15 business days |
If we need longer, we will tell the reporter or appellant why, unprompted.
7. Policy updates
We will give at least 15 days' notice of material changes, by in-product notice or to your registered email. Continuing to use the Service means you accept the update. We keep the blocklist and detection rules current as models and abuse patterns change.
