Terms of Service

The Service is operated by Pigletgo, a company incorporated under the laws of the People's Republic of China (registered address available on request via our support email).

By creating an account, buying a credit pack, starting a subscription, or otherwise using the Service, you confirm that: (a) you are at least 18 years old; (b) you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms; (c) you agree to our Privacy Policy and Acceptable Use Policy; and (d) if you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you are authorised to bind it.

⚠️ If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. Continuing to use it after an update means you accept the updated Terms.

The Service is an AI-powered online presentation builder. You give it a topic or upload material (PDF, Word, Markdown, PPTX, images), and it plans an outline, designs each slide, writes the copy and generates imagery. You can export the result as a native, fully editable PowerPoint (.pptx) file, edit individual elements, redraw whole slides, or have the AI extract the visual style of a reference deck.

The Service is digital software delivered over the internet (SaaS); nothing physical ships. Once payment is confirmed, credits land in your balance immediately and you can start using them right away. Because delivery is immediate and digital, the specific refund rules in Section 7 apply.

Generation runs on third-party AI model providers. We currently use: GLM-5.2 (glm-5.2, 智谱 AI / Zhipu AI, via 火山方舟 Volcengine Ark); Doubao Seed 2.1 Pro (doubao-seed-2-1-pro-260628, 字节跳动 / ByteDance, via 火山方舟 Volcengine Ark); Doubao Seed 2.0 Lite (doubao-seed-2-0-lite-260428, 字节跳动 / ByteDance, via 火山方舟 Volcengine Ark); Seedream 4.5 (doubao-seedream-4-5-251128, 字节跳动 / ByteDance, via 火山方舟 Volcengine Ark). Their availability directly affects the Service; we will explain significant disruptions as promptly as we can, but we do not warrant the output quality of third-party models.

Accounts are issued by our main site at https://www.pigletgo.com and the session is shared across pigletgo.com subdomains. You must register with accurate, complete information and you are responsible for everything that happens under your account.

• Keep your credentials safe and do not share them with anyone.
• If you think your account has been used without your permission, email danghuong2092c@gmail.com straight away.
• Keep your billing email current, otherwise you may miss payment and security notices.

If you register for a company or organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind it to these Terms.

The Service runs on credits. Credits pay for AI generation and edits and are deducted by actual usage; each .pptx export uses one export from your export quota. Rates differ by model and reasoning effort, and the multiplier is shown when you pick one.

There are two ways to top up. Exact tiers and prices are on the pricing page, in full, before checkout:

• Credit packs (one-time): a single charge. Credits and exports land immediately. Nothing recurs.
• Monthly subscription: renews automatically each month; that period's credits and exports land as soon as the payment succeeds.

Both go into the same balance and are not wiped at the end of a month — credits you did not use during a subscription period stay in your balance. Free credits granted on signup sit in the same balance.

Credits and exports are for your own use inside the Service. They cannot be transferred between accounts, sold, or exchanged for cash.

International card and local payment methods are handled by Waffo Pancake as Merchant of Record: it is the seller for that transaction, it handles acquiring, invoicing and tax, and it is the name that appears on your statement. Alipay payments from mainland China are processed by us directly. We never see or store your card number or payment credentials.

One-time purchases: each credit pack is a separate transaction. Completing it authorises a single charge for the amount shown at checkout.

Subscriptions: completing the first checkout authorises an automatic charge at the start of each billing period, at the then-current plan price, until you cancel. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for, and credits already delivered for that period are unaffected. Cancel from the billing portal of the checkout provider, or ask us and we will do it for you.

Prices and tax: the amount shown at checkout is the amount you pay. On the international channel, applicable sales tax / VAT / GST is calculated and remitted by the Merchant of Record for your location. We may change prices; for subscriptions we will email you at least 14 days before a price change takes effect, and you can cancel before then.

While your account is in good standing, purchased credits and exports do not expire and will not be forfeited for inactivity.

If the account is closed — by you, or by us because you materially breached these Terms — unused credits are retained for 30 days from closure. After that they expire without refund unless applicable law requires otherwise. If we close your account for reasons other than your breach, we will refund the unused portion.

Because credits are delivered instantly and can be spent immediately, credits that have been consumed are generally non-refundable. These exceptions apply:

• Unused credits: full refund within 7 days of purchase, provided none of the credits from that purchase have been used.
• Duplicate charge or billing error: full refund.
• Subscriptions: a period already started is not pro-rated, and cancelling stops the next charge. If you did not use any of a period's credits, you can request a refund for that period within 7 days of the charge.
• Statutory withdrawal rights (EU / UK / AU and similar): a 14-day withdrawal right applies to your first purchase and is waived once you start using the credits.

To request a refund, email danghuong2092c@gmail.com with your account email and the transaction ID. For international orders the refund is executed by the Merchant of Record, Waffo Pancake; our part is to raise and follow up the refund ticket with them. Alipay orders are refunded by us back through Alipay. Funds usually reach you in 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider and issuing bank.

If you think a charge is wrong, please email danghuong2092c@gmail.com before raising a chargeback with your bank. We will respond within 2 business days and resolve confirmed billing errors within 5 business days. A chargeback normally suspends the account and takes far longer to resolve than contacting us.

Output is yours. Subject to these Terms, the decks, copy and images the Service produces from your inputs ("Output") belong to you, and you may use them for any lawful purpose, including commercially.

Licence to your input. Material you submit ("Input") stays yours, or its original rights holder's. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to use that Input solely to deliver the Service — including sending it to the third-party models listed above, generating results, and storing them. We do not use your Input to train AI models without your explicit consent.

Your responsibility. You must have the right to upload what you upload. If material is copyrighted by someone else, contains personal data, or is subject to confidentiality obligations, it is on you to make sure you are permitted to use it here.

Accuracy of Output. AI-generated content can contain mistakes, outdated facts, or invented detail. Review it before you rely on it. Generated images and charts are not evidence of fact.

The Service itself — software, interface, built-in styles and prompt engineering — remains the intellectual property of Pigletgo.

You may use the Service only for lawful purposes. The following are expressly prohibited:

• Generating content that is illegal, defamatory, harassing or fraudulent.
• Generating pornography or adult content, and any content that sexualises minors.
• Generating violent or gory content, or content promoting extremism or terrorism.
• Generating hate speech, or content attacking people based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation or disability.
• Generating or distributing deepfakes — content impersonating real people or organisations, or intended to mislead viewers about its origin or authenticity.
• Infringing anyone's intellectual property, likeness or privacy rights.
• Producing malware, phishing material or cyberattack tooling.
• Circumventing or interfering with the Service's security or content moderation, including jailbreak prompts.
• Reselling or sub-licensing access to the Service without our written permission.
• Using the Service's inputs, outputs or derivatives to train, fine-tune, distil or benchmark any AI model that competes with the Service, directly or indirectly.
• Scraping outputs at scale, or calling the Service in volumes beyond your own normal use.
• Passing AI output off as the work of a licensed professional (doctor, lawyer, financial adviser), especially where that could cause real harm.
• Breaching any applicable law, regulation or card network rule.

How we collect and process your information is set out in our Privacy Policy. Card data is handled exclusively by PCI-DSS certified payment providers; none of it is stored on our servers.

Your decks and uploaded material are kept while your account is active, and deleted after closure within the periods stated in the Privacy Policy.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or the accuracy of AI output.

⚠️ AI-generated content notice: output may be inaccurate, incomplete or outdated. Do not rely on it as legal, medical, financial or other professional advice. Verify it with a qualified professional before acting on it.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages, and our total liability will not exceed the amount you actually paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

These Terms apply for as long as you use the Service. We may suspend or terminate your account if you materially breach them, if we have reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, or where the law requires it. You can ask us to close your account at any time.

Sections 9 (intellectual property), 12 (limitation of liability) and 14 (disputes) survive termination.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Before starting formal proceedings, please email danghuong2092c@gmail.com so we can try to resolve things informally. Unresolved disputes go to the competent court at our principal place of business.

Nothing here limits mandatory consumer protection rights you have where you live.

We may update these Terms. We will give at least 14 days' notice of material changes by email or in-product notice; continued use means acceptance. If any provision is unenforceable, the rest stays in force. Not enforcing a right is not a waiver of it.

Where the English and Chinese versions differ in meaning, the Chinese version prevails.
